The Gionee P3S has just been revealed by the company, carrying a price tag of Rs 5,999. For an offering at this price point, it's a little surprising that the company has omitted 4G LTE on the device. But barring that, the hardware is pretty decent and could attract a variety of customers.
The company is touting multiple new software features to make the smartphone an attractive proposition, even despite its relatively low price tag.
The Gionee P3S doesn't look like a budget offering at first glance, thanks to its premium design attributes and decent build quality.
Mr.Timir Baran Acharya, GM, Gionee India said, "The latest offering Pioneer P3S is one of its kind device which packs stunning looks with powerful technology and is yet affordable. P3S ensures that consumers don't have to compromise on quality and features over pricing."
The handset will be freely available from all major retail outlets in India in White, Grey, Red and Golden color variants.
